Rotation Schedule

Our schedule is divided into ten 5-week blocks per year.

  • PGY-1:
    • Obstetrics – 2 blocks
    • Gynecology – 3 blocks
    • Night float – 2 blocks
    • Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility – 1 block
    • Triage – 1 block
    • Ultrasound/SICU – 1 block
  • PGY-2
    • Obstetrics – 2 blocks
    • Gynecology – 1 block
    • Night float – 2 blocks
    • Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility – 1 block
    • Maternal Fetal Medicine – 1 block
    • Ambulatory Gynecology -1 block
    • Gyn Oncology – 2 blocks
  • PGY-3
    • Obstetrics – 1 block
    • Gynecology – 2 blocks
    • Night float – 2 blocks
    • Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility – 1 block
    • Maternal Fetal Medicine – 2 blocks
    • Urogynecology – 1 block
    • Elective – 1 block
  • PGY-4
    • Obstetrics – 2 blocks
    • Gynecology- 2 blocks
    • Night float – 2 blocks
    • Gyn Oncology – 2 blocks
    • Breas t- 1 block
    • Urogynecology – 1 block

Our work schedule adheres to the ACGME and NYS duty-hour regulations. Night Float coverage is from Sunday night through Friday morning with weekend coverage provided by an on-call team of four residents. An in-house attending physician is available 24/7 for direct supervision and consultation, as needed.
