NYU Langone Hospital—Long Island accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Debit your bank account.
There are two ways to make an online payment:
- By creating an account through the Customer Console.
- Without creating an account, through One Time Payment.
Please note: It is recommended that you verify your account number and remaining balance before making a payment. (See images below on how to read your bill.) This can be easily done by enrolling under the “Customer Console” selection below and viewing your statement prior to making the payment.
To create an account, you must enter your name, your account number and full nine digit zip code exactly as it appears on your statement, which is located in the top left corner under the NYU Winthrop Hospital logo. On your statement, your payment description will identify NYU Winthrop Hospital.

Want to view and update your account? Enroll in our online billing service to make payments on multiple accounts, view statements online and manage your payment options.
Please note: If your service date is after August 1, the Customer Console option is not yet available while our new Soarian Financial system is in progress. However, you may utilize the One Time Payment option below. Please check back in the second quarter of 2017.

Make a payment quickly and securely 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with a credit card or checking or savings account.
While you don’t need to create an account, you still need to have your account number available and a valid email address to be able to make a payment.
