Cancer Center for Kids at NYU Winthrop Hospital Cancer Center

Cancer Care for Kids That’s On Par with the Nation’s Best

NYU Winthrop Hospital and our affiliated practitioners have collaborated to create the Cancer Center for Kids. With state-of-the-art equipment and a highly specialized multidisciplinary team of physicians, the Cancer Center for Kids offers a wide range of early detection, diagnostic, intervention and treatment services, both inpatient and outpatient, that are on par with the nation’s best cancer treatment programs.

“The doctors, nurses and staff at the Cancer Center for Kids… heal not only the body, but the spirit, as well.”The Durnan Family

The goal of NYU Winthrop’s Cancer Center for Kids is to provide the best possible chance of recovery and cure through superior medical care, constant nurturing and unconditional support in an environment that promotes healing and meets the complex challenges of children’s cancers and blood disorders.

The Cancer Center for Kids’ services are provided by both the Hospital and Pediatric Hematologists/Oncologists affiliated with NYU Winthrop Pediatric Associates, P.C. (“WPA”) who utilize both the state-of-the-science facilities of the Hospital and WPA’s new outpatient practice.
